Royal Marines Roller Ski 1664

On 20th September 2011 4 currently serving and 1 ex-Royal Marine Mountain Leaders roller skied their way from John O Groats to Lands Ends non-stop in only 10 days.  Diverting into the major towns and cities to raise more awareness and support.

They covered 1000 miles or around 1664k. Nicely fitting in with the title of the challenge and the year the Royal Marines were formed.

With a warm welcome from the Royal Marines Corps RSM WO1 Ally McGill MBE and their families, the team completed the mission 16:00 30th September 2011.
